My 4 year old who is obsessed with axolotls asked Santa for an axolotl hot chocolate mug and I couldn't find one that I thought was cute enough until I saw this shop's! It arrived sooner than I expected with no damages. The shipping container has a hole in the bottom so I got a little nervous when I first got it but it was safe. With the added personalization and the quality of the mug we are more than happy with our purchase!

Antwort von Hayley

Thank you so much, Jane! I'm so glad to hear that you're happy with your mug! I completely understand your thoughts on the shipping container—it's definitely an unusual design, but it’s made that way to ensure the mug stays safe during transit. The hole is intentionally placed to prevent suction, making it easier to remove the mug once it arrives. I appreciate your feedback! :)
