The quality is better that most Etsy sellers, It did match the description perfectly, The package came nicely packed and it came a little early, They had great costumer serves, it dose take a bit to fully take its shape but my dog loves her bed like LOVES it! The only down side I had was not that important to me was that the grey is more on the blue side so its blue grey.
