Custom and personalised orders

Please contact me for custom personalized orders. I am happy to bring your ideas to life! If you see anything that you would like on a different item or a tweak to design I am also very happy help you. Don't be shy, I'd love to hear from you ;-) Etsy is my full time job, and I can usually do custom designs right away, so you can get your order as soon as possible.

All our items and listings have a sizing chart in the photographs, it is usually one of the last images. Please refer to it carefully. For measurements, take item of similar clothing that you have, that fits well, and lay it flat and take measurements and compare them to our sizing chart. In the garment industry, it is common to see a minor variation with garment measurements. There can be a small deviation from the listed size guide measurements up to 1 inch. This minor deviation may happen, and the product is not considered to be defective. If your shirt has over a 1 inch difference, please get in touch. Remember, with current oversize fashions, you may want to size up one or two sizes. The shirts do not come that way.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our items are printed by our production partners, so unfortunately we are unable to provide gift wrapping and packaging. No pricing information is included with the package. Your shirts will come in a simple plastic mailer to reduce your shipping costs. Please note: multiple items in an order may be mailed and arrive separately.

What if I gave the wrong shipping address on checkout?

It's not the end of the world! But we need to work fast!! So.... IMPORTANT: Please check your order ADDRESS after your purchase. We work hard to ship out orders as quickly as possible, so it is required to notify us within an hour of your purchase of any order changes, as we ship certain items same day. There is a fee of 6 to $10 (dependent on weight of package per USPS) for reshipping if you are unable to provide us with the new address within the hour. You will need to contact USPS for address change or forwarding if the item is already shipped. Please understand, we cannot do this for you. The USPS will only deal with you once the item is in transit.

Delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based upon our production schedule and carrier timelines. Fluctuations we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly as refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.
