What about unlimited revisions?

I offer unlimited revisions during the sketch stage to make sure everything feels right before moving forward. After the sketch is approved, revisions will be limited to color adjustments and small edits.

How long is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the project type, complexity, and current queue. Most orders are usually completed within 7–30 days.

Do you accept commissions outside your listings?

Yes, absolutely! I’m always open to custom projects beyond VTuber or PNGTuber work, so feel free to share your ideas with me!

What happens if there’s an issue with the file after delivery?

No problem at all! If you experience any issues, just send me a message and I’ll gladly help with fixes or necessary revisions ✨

Can I cancel, refund, resell, or edit the files?

Since every commission is custom-made, cancellations or refunds are unavailable once I’ve started working on your order. Please also do not resell, trace, heavily edit, or claim the artwork as your own, as each design is created personally for your creator identity ^^

It was great working with NimeRico again! Overall, everything went all right, considering the number of revisions because I'm nitpicky and a perfectionist (not a great combo). Despite this, they pulled through and made a wonderful animated picture I'm happy with! I had one moment where I completely screwed up: I'd missed something about the character's appearance and didn't notice until they had moved close to the last stage. To say I was distraught is an understatement. However, they told me they'd see if it could be fixed and thankfully, it was! Things calmed down and it went very well after that. Thank you so much, NimeRico!
