◾ Question 1: Is there an additional discount for bulk orders?

Absolutely! To learn more about the bulk order discounts and how they apply to your needs, please reach out to me via Etsy Message.

◾ Question 2: Why do I get an email that my order has shipped, but it stays Pre-Transit?

Firstly, your order and shipping label is printed simultaneously for production. Therefore, you may receive an email indicating that your order has been shipped within a few days of your purchase, even though it's still in production. Secondly, if two weeks have passed since your purchase date and you still haven't received your order, please reach out to me via Etsy Message, and I'll be more than happy to investigate further for you.

◾ Question 3: I want to change my order information, what should I do?

You can update your order details by contacting me through Etsy Message within two days of your purchase date. Once this timeframe has passed, your order will enter production and changes cannot be made.

◾ Question 4: Can I customize the product with my own logo or design?

Absolutely! Whether you prefer embroidery, laser engraving, or heat transfer vinyl, I've got you covered. Simply send your design to me via Etsy Message, and I'll collaborate with my designer to bring your vision to life.

◾ Question 5: I would like to know the product size and recommended age?

Please refer to the product picture and description for detailed information on size, recommended age, color, material, and other specifications. You can find all relevant details in the provided link.

◾ Question 6: Why hasn't the store replied to the message I sent on Etsy promptly?

We appreciate your patience. Our team members are busy fulfilling orders at the MTKIDS studio during the day. Both Eloise and I dedicate our evenings to replying to messages. Rest assured, we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Thank you for understanding!
