This is a gorgeous hairbow !!! Our own custom design, and it can be YOUR custom design. This bow comes with your choice of colors in every way, and of course your own custom name or initials on the slash marks. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss colors. VERY glittery and glitzy, really sparkles under the lights !

    Never made-never arrived-terrible communication.

    I ordered this bow 11/26 with a note that I would need it to arrive by 12/19 if possible. It was meant to be gift for my daughter’s teammate. Item was said to ship by 12/6.

    I reached out to the seller on 12/7 to check on the status and then on 12/9 as I had not heard back. She responded on 12/10 that they were out of town but she would check on my order when she was home.

    12/12 Was told seller was waiting on something to complete bow and she would upgrade my order’sshipping if needed to ensure delivery.

    Still had not received item so I reached out 12/16 to ask if it was still being shipped. Seller responded 12/17 saying that they were unable to make my item.

    Extremely disappointed to find this out last minute and terrible customer service. Waiting for a refund :(

    We not only responded to every message this buyer sent, but also her email, which she never responded to. First of all, let me say we have had a shop announcement on our front page since early November about our running late on orders due to the holiday , still we have shipped out on time or even early as you can see from our feedback. We have had very poor communication from this customer. We never received a response to our last email to her offering her different options. How can we work with a customer who will not communicate with us? It is impossible. See our feedback, you can see we are very easy to work with, if you communicate with us.

Returns & exchanges

There are no refunds given on any of our purchases, as everything is custom made as the orders come in. Please be sure of what you want, before you order. I cannot be held responsible for any damage the post office does to your package if you have not purchased insurance. We actually pay for insurance on all priority mail shipments, but do not supply insurance on first class mail.

Shipping policies

Please take the time to read before you make your purchase. Production and shipping times are listed on every item in our shop, for you to see before you make your purchase under Shipping and Policies. FunBows not only has a great Etsy shop, but we have a regular website, and very busy social media pages, so orders coming in at all times from every direction. We stay at a 7-8 production day BEFORE shipping from our Etsy shop, on smaller orders, more so on larger orders. Production days are working days, Mondays through Fridays. If you need an order for a certain date, a birthday party , or a special game, for example, it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know and discuss this with us before you make your purchase.

We ship United States Postal Service with a delivery confirmation on all packages. All packages are insured, so if your package has a value of $200 or more the USPS ( not us ) requires a signature on that package. Please do not ask us to wave insurance .

Additional policies

We use an excellent source of ponies. We have searched for YEARS to find the one we use now and we literally love it. Thick, no metal, and we test every pony by stretching it before we use it on a bow.
We will not replace ponies that break on your bows...unless you are willing to ship them back to us at your expense and pay for shipping on the bow back to you.
This is why...
Nothing is perfect, and we have no control over how much your cheerleader stretches that pony, just how much hair they are trying to get up into it etc. We recommend never using a bow to completely hold the hair up, but putting the hair up first then winding the pony of your bow around that bun or ponytail.
