My tracking number isn't working on USPS?

Etsy currently uses Pitney Bowes as their 3rd party company for shipping labels. With that, I've noticed the tracking numbers don't always get scanned in correctly by USPS - so sorry! With that in mind, this is the best place I've found to track orders, since the tracking info doesn't always come up in the actual USPS site: trackpb.shipment.co/track. It may not show any new info if the order missed scans, but can be helpful once the package has registered movement!

My order is still in pre-transit and it's been a few days since receiving my shipping notification?

Oh no! It sounds like your order missed its initial scans from the post office. But no worries - this is unfortunately quite common and hardly ever impacts the actual delivery of the order! That said, if this order still hasn't arrived or shown any tracking updates after 10 days of you receiving the shipping notification, just let me know. I'd be more than happy to help out!

My order says it was delivered, but it's not here?

How frustrating! Luckily, that usually means it was simply scanned incorrectly by the carrier - in situations like this, the order almost always arrives within the next 3 days or so! If it's been 3 days since your "delivered" notification, please let me know - I'm more than happy to help out!
