😺 Sizing is unisex for a loose, relaxed fit
♥These shirts run true to size, but might be slightly larger on women. Please refer to the size chart. For a trendy, oversized look, it's best to go up a size.
♥ Please see size guide in last listing photo for all measurements to make the best selection

• CARE & WASHING•
♥ Machine wash warm, turning sweatshirt inside out. Tumble dry on low to no more than medium heat. However, hand dry works best. Don't iron nor dry clean.

• 14 DAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY •
♥ Since all of our products are made with our print partners made-to-order and given our print partners' return/exchange policy, we only do returns/exchanges on any misprints/poor print quality, items not received/lost in delivery, or damaged items. Although we wish to expand to include returns/exchanges for change of heart in size and color, we're unable to at this time for that aforementioned reason.
♥ For this reason, we have a 6 hour cancelation policy in case of any mistakes made regarding selecting the wrong size and/or color. Please see our FAQ which details our returns/exchanges policy, which is on our main page and in all of our Etsy product listings.

• PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES •
♥ Our items are individually handcrafted with care for each of our buyers. So, our typical processing time for our unisex tshirts and tees can take up to 7 business days (depending on order volume) plus shipping time, which can be affected by covid. However, on average, it usually takes 2-4 business to process before shipment.
♥ Due to the fact we contract with various print facilities to ship our products, your order may arrive in more than one package if you order 2 or more items in our shop.
♥ Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

•My AI-Assisted Design Process & Craftsmanship•
♥Generative AI or AI-assisted design elements are occasionally used as one creative tool in developing the original imagery for this design—not as a substitute for the design process itself. Every design is creatively directed by me and then personally taken through my own editing and design process using Adobe Photoshop and Canva. This can include extensive compositing, digital painting, color work, effects, typography, layout changes, hand-selected graphic and public domain elements, and other creative alterations before the artwork is finalized for print. The concept, creative direction, refinement, and finished composition are all intentionally crafted by Witty Kitty Says.

• ON OUR MOCKUPS •
♥Most model photos shown throughout my shop feature real people wearing actual Comfort Colors® 1717 shirts. A small number of display images may use digitally created or AI-generated models. Any such mockups are carefully examined and selected to accurately represent the distinctive garment-dyed look, texture, fit, and color of the Comfort Colors® 1717 as closely as possible. I personally pay close attention to garment color, design scale, placement, and overall print presentation so that the listing imagery provides the most faithful representation possible of the finished shirt. I also personally own Comfort Colors® 1717 blanks in several of the popular colors shown, giving me a real-life reference for how the garment's color, texture, and overall appearance should look. Please note that colors can still vary slightly depending on your phone, tablet, or computer display.

♥ Mockups are for demonstrative purposes only. Due to product printing methods and computer screen variations, the print coloring of the final items you receive may be slightly different than pictured. Given the design ink can absorb into the product by a small degree, the item may not appear as vibrant as on mockup pictures. Please contact us if you have any questions about this prior to purchasing.
