On offer for you is this very large antique Victorian garnet brooch/pendant set in solid rose gold.
It features an array of juicy vibrant garnets that are simply bursting with colour. The garnets are assembled in a Georgian collet setting, flat cut with large tables and foiling to backs of each gem. They are finished with a low-domed closed back in solid gold.
This is a truly exceptional example of antique jewellery, offered in excellent condition with an abundance of assayed hallmarks including maker's stamp "BHL".
A chain can be threaded through the brooch pin or clipped to it so that it can be worn as a pendant.

Excellent Used Antique Condition. This piece is in almost perfect condition. Pin opens/closes and locks securely. Two tiny scratches on the garnets that are barely worth mentioning. Some age related patina to the gold on the reverse facing. Brooch has a newer safety lock added for the pin, skillfully done and blending seamlessly - not a visible alteration.
