Sizing Details and What to do if I order the wrong size?

All apparel is unisex sizing. Exact measurements can be found on size charts provided in each listing's photos. If you're between sizes please size up. PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to ensure that the product size meets your needs. I do not provide returns or refunds for items purchased that meet the product dimensions and sizes listed in my store. Please double check sizing prior to purchasing. Changes can be made to the size up to 1 hour after your purchase. Please message me within the hour to adjust your selected size.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

Please send me a message of any issues with your order within 5 business days of your order being delivered. Please include photos of the issue in your message and I will do my best to make it right.

Am I able to change my shipping address?

You may change the shipping address within 1 hour of ordering. Please send me a message with the new address when requesting a change. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address - any misdirected parcels due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be re-shipped once returned to sender, at the customer's expense.

When will my order ship?

Production time of each item is between 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak times (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), production could take 7 business days due to the volume of orders.

Returns and/or Exchnages

Returns & exchanges are not offered - each item is made to order after purchase. If you accidentally purchase an item please message me ASAP as I try to get each order out timely. Changes can be made to your order up to 1 hour after purchase. Please message me within the hour to make any changes to your order. Refunds will not be given for accidental purchases if you do not contact me within the cancellation time frame (ONE HOUR AFTER PURCHASE). I will be more than happy to cancel your order during this time frame. PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility, as the buyer, your order meets your needs.
