All our toys are natural, eco-friendly and manufactured with safety requirements. For toys used:
• high-quality plywood
• non-toxic water-based paints and varnishes EN 71-3
• secure fastening of all elements

At the same time, it is strongly recommended to play with children only under adult supervision, as the toys contain small parts. Besides, this way, we can also relive our own childhood memories.

To care for the toy, simply wipe it with a damp cloth when necessary. Please note that as all the details are laser-cut, some may have a dark edge and a slight burnt wood smell, which is entirely safe and will dissipate over time.

Please take photos while unpacking your parcels (including the box, packaging, and any fillers), and it's even better if you can record a video in the presence of the courier.

If, by any chance, your parcel is damaged during delivery, you received the wrong product, or something is missing from the parcel, simply send us your photos and videos. We will promptly address and resolve the situation for you.

I always use the shipping address provided on your Etsy account. Please ensure that your address is accurate. If the order is intended as a GIFT, kindly specify the recipient's address in the delivery section.

Great Quality. Ordered the XXL, animals seemed smaller than expected, but displayed nicely on wall. I framed a felt board to display on wall so kids can move animals around without damaging wall.
