There are no refunds on custom order dresses. However if it is an error on my part I will do my best to fix it.

Shipping policies

I ship via USPS First class when possible and Priority for larger items. I ship items about 3 times per week.

Please note that due to the nature of the embellishments some of the small pieces may pose a chocking hazard. The Hair Bow Factory is not responsible for any accident that may occur as a result of an embellishment coming loose. Please do not leave any child under 5 unattended while wearing item.
