Custom and personalized orders

At this time, my only personalized or custom orders are the letter heart charms, and the letter leaves for pea pod pendants. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1555401136/add-on-item-small-heart-with-side-hole?click_key=a768346a5b52bc736e79c42c26e70f02d44b1d9d%3A1555401136&click_sum=13911539&ref=shop_home_active_15&frs=1&crt=1&sts=1 https://www.etsy.com/listing/1740961490/1-peapod-bloodvial-necklace?ref=listings_manager_grid

All sterling silver rings advertised as "adjustable" can be worn at any of the sizes listed in the title/description. If you request a particular size, I will do my best to set the ring to that size upon packaging your item. However, you can adjust the ring yourself once your item arrives.

I recommend removing all BloodVial jewelry during exercise, sleep, and showering. As with all wearable accessories, proper care will extend the life of your items. Products that are plated may need touch-up finish maintenance. I offer sterling silver for daily wear.

Although I cannot guarantee delivery times, I do offer priority shipping. Also, I can typically create a special listing for 2-3 day shipping, which USPS does guarantee. Keep in mind that the Post Office generally charges $30-$55 for this service.

I enclose enough anticoagulant so people squeamish around needles can still use the kit with a single drop of blood. Other people like to add more blood, as it's a preference. You can remove up to a 1:1 ratio of anticoagulant to blood. I suggest using the enclosed dropper to save any extra during the assembly process in case you need to add some back to finish filling the vial. The color stabilizer will also help the contents mix.

Rings, lockets, and sphere-vial pendants are the most difficult products to assemble. If you are not a crafty person, I recommend not using the stoppers, and simply sealing the sphere vials with a dab of glue, if the design accommodates. Add the glue to a toothpick for greater control, and allow the seal to dry for at least one hour before gluing the sphere vial to the jewelry piece. I also include extra items in the gift bag, so if you experience issues, please check the enclosed free items. If you have no crafting or art-making experience, I suggest choosing a different item than sphere vials.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason. Because of the hygienically sensitive nature of this product (storing the blood of loved ones), I cannot restock merchandise that has been delivered to another buyer. Even if the package does not appear to be opened, I would not be able to guarantee to a future recipient that the contents of the vials have not been removed or foreign substances added. I guarantee a 100% new and sanitary product with every purchase. Thus, all listings are clearly marked as no refunds or exchanges.

Assembling: Can the seller add contents to vial(s) and create my jewelry?

No. I sell DIY jewelry kits. The responsibility of filling your jewelry with blood, ash, hair, or any other chosen item remains that of the customer. If you have difficulty with creation, please message me. Tape can be used to hold items in place during drying. Also, gently twist the stoppers into position, while pressing deeper into the vial to increase friction.

Do you sell jewelry items that are not a kit?

No, I only offer BloodVial kits. I do not sell individual jewelry supplies.

Highlights

Materials: Faux leather, Glass

Hold a precious part of your loved one close forever. Kit includes everything you need to make your custom BloodVials jewelry, including collection, preservation, and step-by-step illustrated instructions. The BloodBond line of jewelry requires the smallest amount of blood. In fact, a single drop can create a stunning, wearable artwork to cherish for a lifetime.

Listing is for 2 small glass vials with black-plated metal lids kit. Blood will darken from bright candy-apple red to a deep burgundy like black cherries after a few days. A color stabilizer is included, which can create a red wine hue, if desired. Once stopper is inserted, be sure to turn the vial over at least a dozen times to mix well. Glue is included and should be applied to the inside of cap to prevent coverage on the glass vial. Allow to set for 24 hours before wearing. These are round-bottom vials around 1.25 inches (including tops & jump rings but may vary slightly). Two black cords and small jump rings are included for wearing vials as a necklaces.

No blood is included in this listing. Customers are responsible for adding their own contents. Filling a small vial will take time and effort. Blood will separate in the beginning and settle to bottom of vial. Keep turning the vial upside-down and right-side-up until the blood and solution mix again. This will happen for a while, and then the contents will remain integrated. Keep out of reach of children and be tested for contagious diseases before use.
