• How to download the files?

You will be able to access the files by logging into your Etsy account and accessing www.etsy.com/your/purchases/ On the other hand you will receive an email from Etsy, containing your order link. Let us know if you need any further help.

• What is the file format?

We deliver your orders in a ZIP file which contains the labels in a form of pdf file. High resolution 300 DPI pdf files.

• How to print the labels?

Printing options available for: • home printing • local print shop • copy center • online printing service If you print at home, print them out on a full-size sticker sheet and then cut them by hand. Use the 'save paper' option for several labels on a 8.5"x11" US letter size paper.

• What paper do you recommend to print on when printing at home?

Search for “glossy sticker paper” or “printable vinyl sticker paper” from a shopping site (ebay, amazon etc) or purchase from a local store. Description should include phrases like waterproof, glossy, full sheet. Just make sure that the type of paper you choose works with your printer: laser printer or inkjet printer.

• Will it be compatible with my bottle after printing the file? What is the size of labels?

Yes, we supply labels compatible with 750 ml bottles.

• Is the label file editable?

All labels have their specific description, please check the product images or product description where this information will be given for each label individually. Some of the labels are editable and others are not.

• Can this be returned/cancelled?

Digital products cannot be returned or canceled by their nature when purchased. Please ask questions prior to purchasing, I will be happy to answer. Thank you.
