Returns and exchange details

At chocolate creative we try our best to deliver within the specified delivery times and in perfect conditions. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and return the item in the original packaging within seven days. Item must be unused and in original condition. We won't accept any returns that has not being notify within 24 hours or return within the specified 7 days. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for the goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the goods back, in perfect conditions, we will refund your card in full within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the customer's responsibility except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped goods. We do not accept refunds from outside the UK.

Be aware that the hand-made collections are hand silk screen printed individually and because of the nature of the process, colors and pattern may vary from cushion to cushion. We do our best to match the photos with the original products photos, but please take in consideration that due to individual color screens settings, colors may look slightly different to the real product. We do our best to give a full description of the items in their descriptions, so we strongly recommend to read each product's description for sizes, colors, material, designs, etc...before you go ahead with the purchase, so you make sure you are happy with what you are buying.

Important notice:
Due to size and regulation restrictions when shipping overseas, (anywhere that is not UK).
• When the item is bigger than 30x40 cm: We can only send the outer cover of the cushion.

chocolate creative use Royal Mail for standard shipping, any other requests can be arranged, (this would increase the shipping cost displayed on the shop). When shipping abroad we use Air Mail.

It is the customer responsibility to pay for its own country customs upon receiving of the goods.
