DELIVERY INFO

We always aim to dispatch your order on the next business day. Most orders arrive 2-3 days after dispatch. Our business days are Mon-Fri.

Upgrading to Express Tracked will arrive a day earlier typically than our Standard delivery.

We also provide an upgrade option at checkout for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - this comes at a premium but will ensure it’s received by the end of the following day (Order before midday Mon-Fri) for those super last minute gifts!

SENDING DIRECT

We make gifting direct to the recipient easy. We’ll include a Complimentary Gift Note into the parcel if you request (add at checkout or message us). We also don’t send off any parcels with receipts or price information.

CANDLE SIZE

The recycled jar is 8.3cm tall and 6.5cm wide. 30 fabulous hours of fragrance.

We are a small independent brand based in the leafy Devon countryside. What started as a candle making hobby in 2021 has now grown to a family run business - passionate about creating heartfelt and unique gifts. All of our products are handcrafted and made with sustainability in mind. Our candles have earnt us over 50,000 happy customers in the UK and thousands of 5 star reviews.

SOY WAX

We only use 100% Premium Soy Wax in our candles. Firstly because it’s kinder to the planet and secondly because it produces beautiful results and wonderful fragrance throws when lit. No budget ingredients here! We like our products to be the very best quality!

RETURNS

We offer 'no questions asked' refunds. The following rules apply to returns/ refunds:

1) You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item/s to us within a 28-day period.
2) Item/s must be returned to us in original packaging, un used and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
3) Buyers are responsible for return postage costs to us.
4) Personalised items cannot be refunded/ exchanged as they are made to order and not resalable.
5) We will require proof of purchase, in the form of your order confirmation.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your item/s for something you prefer (if the above 'Returns' rules are met). Please bear in mind you will need to pay both postage to return the item/s to us and postage for us to send your new item to you. Personalised item/s cannot be exchanged.

ORDER AMENDMENTS

We have a 60 minute window for any order amendments after you place your order. Should you wish to make changes to your order (changing/ adding gift messages, changing a delivery address, cancel your order etc) these changes must be requested within 60 minutes of you placing your order. We are as accommodating as possible but in busy periods we aren't able to edit orders due to trying to dispatch as swiftly as possible.

OVERSEAS

Please note that due to shipping restrictions we cannot include our complimentary matchbox with orders sent to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man. We no longer deliver to Northern Ireland.
