Initial delivery resulted in just a pillowcase when I ordered the travel pillow with pillow case and incorrect letter on pillowcase. They responded to my message about the errors within a coupe hours and received the correct item a few days later as promised. Mistakes happen it's the customer service that follows that shows the integrity of a business and I was very impressed.

super cute, pillow is super fluffy, shipping was quick and customer service was superb. The color samples are not quite the same. we chose purple and blue, the blue in the photo sample is a light icy almost turquoise blue, the actual color is more of a medium to light blue. its fine and will work for us, I just wish the pictures were of the actual finished product not the mock up from the computer. Thank you!!
