This cute little cart was such a sign of the the occupied Japan era. Every home seemed to have some sort of display with these darling planters. It is almost 4" tall and 7" across from cart to head.The plant area is 3" by 3". The Sombrero is yellow, and he is wearing a blue shirt withe rusty red pants.Stamped on the bottom. Patent no. 80069 Japan.
