Highlights
This darling hat is made with a hand blocked buckram base that has been covered in gorgeous black satin with a dragon design. Crystals have been added in gold, green, and blue. It slides onto a very comfortable headband so you can wear it in any position you'd like!PLEASE NOTE MY STORE POLICIES:
