How do you embroider the hats?

I design and embroider each hat on the shop myself using special software and an embroidery machine! I do it mostly in my studio but sometimes I take the machine to other places like my parent's house. It's been fun so far :)

The hats are made to order so it may take a couple of days before they are shipped out. It's just me embroidering the hats but we're working on making the process more streamlined. I will keep in touch about any delays or updates 😊

Can I remove the stuff on the back?

The stuff on the back is called stabilizer and its main purpose is to keep the cloth steady while it's being embroidered. For the most part, it's not needed for baseball hats and the excess can be taken off.

For stains try to hand wash with soap as soon as possible. You may use a small brush and a towel to work through dirt, sweat, or stains.

Asked for a black hat with black letters but gave the shop owner freedom to pick another color if they didn't think it would look right. (I mentioned that I do appreciate the more subtle look of black on black but was open to artistic freedom.) Got exactly what I asked for and it looks just like I'd hoped. Letter quality is great. No lose strings, crooked letters, etc.
