We are able to monogram your pups gear with their name, to do so please purchase an embroidery upgrade on our shop. Personalized products can't be exchanged or returned.

On each listing there is information on sizing, please take a look before ordering and send us a message if your pup needs a size that is not listing. We are glad to accommodate your needs.

Wag More Dog Collars items can be hand washed or machine washed in gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry only. Accessories, we recommend you spot clean it only.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Our items are custom made by hand per order, we ask our clients to measure theirs dog's neck and select a proper sizing during checkout for a guaranteed fit. We hope that you are completely satisfy with your purchase and if for some reason you are not, contact us within a week and we can work it out... Please do know that if I am able to exchange your product you will be responsible for shipping back the unused item and pay shipping to receive the new one. Our dog collar is adjustable and it can be purchase with a removable bowtie or flower, giving you the option to dress it up or down & matching leashes are available to purchase as well.

Wag more products are handcrafted at your request, attention to detail is put into every piece I make. Easy to be laundered and built to last. Our products are made from quality fabrics wrapped around strong yet soft webbing to give the beauty of a designer collar and the durability your pup needs.

Our collar are outfitted with a beautiful plastic YKK buckle, black is standard but I will also use colored buckles when available & suits the collar's pattern well. Also upon request and as a up charge we carry metal buckles available in silver, gold and antique gold.

Safety being the main focus for any pup's parent, each piece has been triple stitched at all stress points to keep the durable, high-quality hardware in place.

Sizing:

Small 5/8" wide, adjust up to 12" long

Medium 3/4" wide, adjust up to 17" long

Large 1" wide, adjust up to 22" long

Care:

Our items can be hand washed or machine washed in gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend you put it on a laundry bag to protect the hardware. Lay flat to dry.

Wag More products are all handcrafted per your request, please allow 1-5 business days for production. We appreciate your patience!

STANDARD SHIPPING-

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow approximately 1-5 business days for production & 2-5 days for delivery.

RUSH PRODUCTION & PRIORITY SHIPPING-
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for production & 2-3 days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-
All International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Our current production time is 15-10 business days. After your package has shipped, delivery is typically within 10-14 business days however it can take up to 6 weeks. First Class Mail DOES NOT include tracking or insurance. We strongly suggest upgrading to Priority Mail for faster delivery with tracking.

** RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY **

Due to the fact that each WAG MORE product is handcrafted at your request, we do not accept returns. Please be sure you are ordering with our SIZE CHART in mind and always measure your dogs neck prior to ordering.

If a collar or leash needs to be exchanged for a different size, there will be a $10 production charge per item that must be remade. Merchandise should be returned in its original unused condition. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees associated with exchanging an item.

For exchanged goods, please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with a tracking number.

Please note that exchanges are not applicable for custom embroidered collars.

An invoice will be sent to the customer with exchange/shipping charges & must be paid in full before the exchange will be added to the production schedule.
