What are your International Shipping Policies?

We will ship the most economical way, unless you specifically specify something else. In the case of Import Duties, Taxes and Surcharges... these are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If a package is returned to us marked REFUSED or UNDELIVERABLE, we will refund the order, less the original postage. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address. It rarely happens but we will refund packages that are lost in the mail after 90 days and confirmation from the post office that the packet is actually lost. Before that we don't consider a package as lost (yet).

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns for any reason, but you must contact us within 14 days and we must receive your return within 30 days from the date you received it. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and do not send it back without contacting us first. Save all packing materials, in case an insurance claim is applicable. Buyer pays return postage and we don't refund the original postage or any International import fees, surcharges, or taxes. If returned items are received in original condition, a full refund will be issued on the item and the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
