Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving the item(s). Since my shirts and sweatshirts are made to order, you will not be refunded for sizing issues. Please refer to the size chart in the listing. Please be sure to double-check your shipping information when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or due to a package refusal, you are responsible for reshipment costs. If an item is returned to us without an agreement, you will not be refunded.

Please note that all T-Shirts and Sweatshirts are designed as UNISEX. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down by one size. For a more relaxed fit, you can order your usual size or size up for an oversized fit. To ensure the best fit, please double-check the sizing chart before placing your order. In the event that you ordered the wrong size, please be aware that we are a small family-run business and print unique items only after they are ordered. As a result, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. However, we would be happy to print another item in the correct size for you at the cost of the shirt/sweatshirt and shipping. If you need to order a different size, please message us.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customer's package is returned back to the fulfillment warehouse, I will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.

What happens when I leave a "Note to Seller" to request items to be delivered prior to the posted estimated delivery window?

If you want your items to be delivered before the estimated delivery window, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order. We work with a print shop that requires some time for fulfillment, and unfortunately, we do not have the option for expedited fulfillment. *Please note* If you leave a "Note to Seller" without contacting us first, it can lead to automatic fulfillment, which means we won't be able to offer you a cancellation. In case we are unable to reach you to confirm the estimated delivery window, we may have to cancel your order. So please get in touch with us beforehand to avoid cancellation.

Please allow 2-10 days for your item to be made. Standard shipping is 5-7 days. Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed shipments.

Colors in listings may vary slightly depending on which device you are using. Prints may appear smaller depending on the shirt size ordered.
