Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through messages prior or during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship, we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @cglaneco

How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly?

The best way to make sure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after you place an order.

Do you offer rush production?

If you need your order sooner than the stated production time, you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 1-3 business days.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

CG Lane Co is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

What are the care instructions for this item?

For clothing items, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water, on the gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Accessories such as topknot bows should be spot cleaned and not put through the laundry cycle.

MATERIALS:
Our hand embroidered sweater sets are one-of-a-kind. These sweater sets are made from 100% cotton and are incredibly soft, making them perfect to bring home your precious newborn in! They are also perfect for pregnancy and birth announcements, family photos and make the best baby shower gift!

FIT:
We currently offer sets in sizes Newborn and 0-3 months. The sweater is perfectly slouchy and the bloomer shorts have a functional drawstring to easily adjust the fit.

EMBROIDERY: Choose any name or phrase you’d like to be hand embroidered.

RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Handwash inside out or place in a mesh laundry bag and machine wash on cold/delicate. Lay flat to dry.

Please note, if personalization details are left off of your order, I will do my best to get in touch with you before starting but if I don't hear back from you, I will choose a color that I think looks best.

*1 set includes a knit sweater and matching knit bloomer shorts. We offer matching toboggans, booties, and bows which are all sold separately.

*Double names will be stitched on two lines.

Every item is custom hand embroidered, therefore you may see slight variations. This is what makes each item unique and one-of-a-kind! Since each item is made to order, I am unable to accept returns or provide refunds but please message me if you aren’t 100% satisfied and I will make sure any issues are resolved! Please note, the color may vary from your computer screen and I cannot offer refunds for color differences.
