REFUNDS
I'm sure you'll be delighted with your purchase, but if not please return it within 7 days and I'll refund the cost of the item after I have received the item back. Buyer must pay for return postage.

I take great care in packaging my artwork to always ensure your order makes it to you safely, but on the rare occasion your order should arrive damaged, returns must be done within 7 days of receiving the package.

If your package arrives damaged, I'll need pictures of the artwork and packaging showing the damage. Once I have received the pictures I will send a replacement (if possible) or issue a full refund.

RETURNS
Return shipping costs on items returned for reasons other than being damaged or lost in the mail are the responsibility of the purchaser. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
Small Item Cancellations:
Cancellations can hurt our tiny business so please make sure you want to place an order. On the other hand, If you for some reason have to cancel an order, I will refund as long the order has not shipped.Order Cancellations must be done within 12hrs of ordering.
Large Item and Special Order Cancellations:
Please note that some large prints and artwork that require special handling and/or processing and further communication with a customer to reach an agreement on the order, the order in question may NOT be canceled after the order has been placed.
