Processing Time Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be custom printed. Most orders ship faster than this, but we like to under promise and over deliver. During busy holiday seasons, processing may take closer to 5 business days. The rest of the year, most orders are ready in about 3 business days. Thank you for your patience while we print your high-quality item just for you!

Do you accept returns or exchanges? Each item is custom made and printed just for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering to make sure you select the correct size. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us right away — we are always happy to help.

How long is my item in transit with shipping? We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary by location, typical times are 3-5 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes! As soon as your item ships (within 1-2 weeks) you will receive a notification and email from Etsy with your tracking number.

How do I know my size? All of our shirts are considered unisex, therefore they run slightly large. If you want a more fitted look please size down. We include size charts with all of our listings. To get an accurate fit - measure one of your favorite t-shirts. Lay it flat on the ground and measure side to side (width) and neckline to hem (length).

Can I cancel an order I have already placed? Your order goes into our printing queue as soon as your order is placed. Once it's in the queue it cannot be pulled out. Therefore we do not accept cancelations. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your business.
