These are very nice high quality A5 clear binder with elastic band with a locking device to keep the elastic from slipping. This is sturdy it will hold up from a lot of use. The black rings give it a sharper more unique look This was packed like a high end luxury with cloth bag and ribbons. I thought I had received the wrong box
