🚚Do you provide refunds if item is lost or damaged during shipping?

If an item breaks or is lost in shipment, we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

⏰Do you offer RUSH shipping?

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.

📦What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Invoke Jewels is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen, as these are all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

🏷️If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we are not able to go back and refund all previous customers that 10% discount amount. Thank you for your understanding.

🔙What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

💎What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

Invoke Jewels pieces are crafted with three main elements: - genuine, natural gemstone and crystal beads of various sizes. Due to the nature of these materials, variations in color and slight size will occur. - 14k Gold-Filled metal elements, including wire, chain, clasps and findings - .925 Sterling Silver metal elements, including wire, chain, clasps and findings What is 14k Gold-Filled and what makes it special? As the "goldilocks" gold finish for jewelry, between gold-plated and solid gold, 14k gold filled is tarnish resistant, can last decades if properly cared for, and is called "demi-fine." To be marked with a "GF" stamp, the metal must have a layer of gold that is at least 10-karat and 1/20 (5%) of the item's total weight.

🧼👐💦 14k Gold-Filled: While GF jewelry can get wet and is tarnish-resistant, it's possible for the shine to dull over time. You can shine up your pieces using a microfiber cloth. Clean residue or dirt build-up from your GF pieces with some warm soapy water and a soft, clean tooth brush. .925 Sterling Silver: This type of silver contains a little copper, which is a primary culprit behind tarnish. Based on climates of different locations, frequency of wear and even a person's unique Ph level of their skin, it is possible that your SS jewelry will tarnish a little at some point. BUT, it's quite easy to clean! Soak SS jewelry in warm soapy water for 5-10 minutes, scrub lightly with a soft tooth brush and pat dry on a soft cloth.

📏I ordered the wrong size? Can I have this altered?

Yes. You must send us a message with this request AND purchase the "Rework" listing in our shop for $10.00 + tax if you would like a necklace or bracelet adjusted to another size. Once we confirm your re-work order you will be also be responsible for the cost of return shipping, usually $3.50 to $4.50, to Invoke Jewels to adjust your piece. **Please note this policy only applies to bracelets and necklaces, NOT rings as those are custom made-to-order according to size. All rings made by Invoke Jewels are not size-adjustable.
