All items in my shop are digital downloads or editable templates—no physical products will be shipped. You’ll receive your files electronically so you can download, edit, and print (or share digitally) right away.

✦ How do I receive my order?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive: An instant download or A link to access your editable template (depending on the listing) You can also access your files anytime through your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews.

✦ Are the templates editable?

Yes! Most items are fully editable templates (check each listing for details). You can typically edit: Names Dates Times Locations Wording Some designs may have limited edits (like fixed graphics), so be sure to review the listing description.

✦ What do I need to edit my template?

Most templates are edited using a free, easy-to-use platform (like Canva or similar)—no special software needed! You can edit directly from your phone, tablet, or computer.

✦ Can you make changes for me?

At this time, all templates are designed for self-editing. However, if you need something customized or are looking for matching items, feel free to message me—I’m happy to see what I can do!

✦ Can I print these anywhere?

Yes! You can print: At home At a local print shop (Staples, Office Depot, etc.) Through an online printing service You can also share digitally via text, email, or social media (perfect for invitations!).

✦ Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you run into any issues, please reach out—I truly want to help make it right!

✦ Can I use these for business or resell them?

No. All designs are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute these files in any way.
