When your order has been received, you will receive an email confirming that order. The items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of purchase. Customized orders will take longer depending on the amount of work. If you wish for a certain delivery day, it is your responsibility to contact me before you place your order and ask if a certain shipping time is realistic or an express delivery service is needed.

Items will be shipped to the address that appears on your Etsy receipt. You are responsible for providing Camino Estrella with correct billing and shipping information. If you refuse a shipment from Camino Estrella or do not pick up your package, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any assessed customs duties or taxes, and a 25% restocking fee. This total will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Small prints are shipped inside a sturdy cardboard envelope. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a postage tube. Prints on canvas, mugs and bottles are shipped in a cardboard box.
