Will I receive a proof before production?

Proofs can be provided when needed or requested. If we send you a proof, please review all spelling, names, dates, colors, and design details carefully before approving it.

Can I change my personalization after placing my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are made to order, we can only make changes if production has not started yet.

I made a spelling mistake. Can you fix it?

Please message us immediately. If your item has not entered production, we will be happy to correct it. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?
