NEW

Kew Railway Bridge spans the River Thames. The robust Victorian structure was designed by W. R. Galbraith, built by Brassey & Ogilvie and opened in 1869. It was given Grade II listed structure protection in 1983. The City Barge and The Bulls Head were licensed by the mid-18th century.

My ink drawing created the form and structure of my picture with an accent on the character of the architecture. I combine this with overlapping blocks of translucent colour inspired by graphics used in 1950’s posters.

This picture can be bought as a landscape in two sizes 25x60cm or 35x100cm.
Or 40x50cm landscape where the picture scrolls around into two levels.
