Due to new regulations returns are now accepted only from the EU countries.
Returned piece must be unworn and clean. After receiving returned item I will refund your money the same way you paid. Please keep in mind shipping costs are not refundable.
When you contact me, I will provide instructions for proper return and for avoiding additional possible taxes. If buyer do not follow the instructions provided, customs fees and taxes due to package return from buyer are covered by buyer.

Please consider purchasing Christmas gifts at the end of November, even earlier. From my experience every package near Christmas time (and after) is delayed because of the huge amount of packages being delivered by post. It may turn out your gift will not be delivered in declared shipping time. Feel free to contact me in that matter.

Usually I ship my products with postal services. If you want to upgrade it to express delivery - let me know.
If package is not delivered due to incorrect address (or is not collected by buyer despite providing tracking number), buyer is responsible to cover return delivery fee and second shipment cost (if applicable).
Once package is shipped, I have no further control on its delivery. But if you have any problems with your package - contact me!
I am not responsible for shipments that were not delivered or delayed by your local customs.
