Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the reference charts as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
You can ask for samples if you wish to see and match colors.

If a specific color that we do not have in stock is requested by the customer, SignatureBash reserves the right to select the color or element that provides the closest match.

CUSTOMIZATION
The customization won't be created all in capital letters, even if the customer provides the name or the phrase all in capital letters, in order to compromise the legibility of the hanger customization.

If not specified, SignatureBash reserves the right to incorporate/change elements to meet or fit the desired design.

All of our hangers are hand-made and hanger-to-hanger variation will occur. SignatureBash reserves the right to incorporate/change/improve letters or elements at any time to fit the design intent and needs of the customer.

DOUBLE LINES
$2.00 additional fee applies (per hanger) for hangers with 2 lines when you get more than 2 custom hangers.

• CHANGES / ADDITIONS •

FOR NORMAL ORDERS
SignatureBash asks that you completely review your selections before placing your order to avoid additional charges. However, in the event a change is necessary, the following policies apply (Applies to shipping address changes as well):

As a buyer you have until 11:59PM EST THE DAY ETSY MARKS YOUR ORDER AS PLACED to make changes; an additional of $2.00 per hanger applies. Changes or additions to the design received AFTER 11:59PM EST THE DAY ETSY MARKS YOUR ORDER AS PLACED are subject to an additional charge of $3.50 per hanger.


FOR RUSH ORDERS
Since all rush orders are processed immediately, an additional fee of $5.50 per hanger changed will apply.

SHIPPING (or any additional process change)
Since our process follows strict production methods in order to fulfill your expectations, an additional charge of $3.50 per order will apply when changes are made.

The order will ship as is, if the customer was contacted for any reason and no reply to the issue was received within 3 days.

CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEES

A 20% restocking fee will apply for all requested cancellations meeting the below requirements.

Cancellations must be requested via Etsy Conversations the same day the order was placed (no later than 11:59PM EST THE DAY ETSY MARKS YOUR ORDER AS PLACED). Cancellations requested after this time, cannot be honored as the items are already in production.

CUSTOMIZATION
The customization won't be created all in capital letters, even if the customer provides the name or the phrase all in capital letters, in order to compromise the legibility of the hanger customization.

If not specified, SignatureBash reserves the right to incorporate/change elements to meet or fit the desired design.

All of our hangers are hand-made and hanger-to-hanger variation will occur. SignatureBash reserves the right to incorporate/change/improve letters or elements at any time to fit the design intent and needs of the customer.

DOUBLE LINES
$2.00 additional fee applies (per hanger) for hangers with 2 lines when you get more than 2 custom hangers.

FOR NORMAL ORDERS
SignatureBash asks that you completely review your selections before placing your order to avoid additional charges. However, in the event a change is necessary, the following policies apply (Applies to shipping address changes as well):

As a buyer you have until 11:59PM EST THE DAY ETSY MARKS YOUR ORDER AS PLACED to make changes; an additional of $2.00 per hanger applies. Changes or additions to the design received AFTER 11:59PM EST THE DAY ETSY MARKS YOUR ORDER AS PLACED are subject to an additional charge of $3.50 per hanger.


FOR RUSH ORDERS
Since all rush orders are processed immediately, an additional fee of $5.50 per hanger changed will apply.

SHIPPING (or any additional process change)
Since our process follows strict production methods in order to fulfill your expectations, an additional charge of $3.50 per order will apply when changes are made.

The order will ship as is, if the customer was contacted for any reason and no reply to the issue was received within 3 days.

CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEES

A 20% restocking fee will apply for all requested cancellations meeting the below requirements.

Cancellations must be requested via Etsy Conversations the same day the order was placed (no later than 11:59PM EST THE DAY ETSY MARKS YOUR ORDER AS PLACED). Cancellations requested after this time, cannot be honored as the items are already in production.

RUSH ORDERS, CUSTOMS LISTINGS or EXPEDITED ORDERS cannot be cancelled since they are immediately moved to the front of the production line and begin processing on receipt.

FAQs

ADULT HANGERS
Each adult hanger is standard sized approximately 17" span (distance from tip to tip).
They feature a polished chrome swivel hook and notched shoulders for strapped clothing. Our hangers are constructed of solid hard wood; designed to hold coats, dresses, gowns ETC.

CHILDREN HANGERS
Our children hangers are standard sized approximately 13” to 14" span (distance from tip to tip).
They feature a polished chrome swivel hook and shoulders notches. These hangers are perfect for fine delicate garments.
The 13'' to 14" size works best for ages 1 to 12 years.

You can find the available hanger colors on the drop-down menu (Wood Finish) of each listing and also on the reference chart; last picture posted in each listing.
Each SignatureBash listing provides the -Ordering Details- section that contains a format to follow in order to prevent errors when placing an order. This format has been designed for our customers to communicate their needs/specifications. Please leave your specification in the NOTE section when checking out.
Please note that your custom hanger will be created following your note.
