Production and Shipping Times

Production times vary from product to product. Usually t-shirts and hoodies are printed between 1 to 5 business days. In the event of a delay in production, you will be notified as soon as possible. Estimates delivery times are indicated on the page of each product. Once your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking number. You can follow the package either on your Etsy App or postal website.

Unfortunately, I have no control over shipping times. For this reason I am not responsible for any delays or non-delivery by the postal service. However, in case of delay or non-delivery, please contact me as soon as possible, so that I can get in contact with my Print Provider and help you in tracing your parcel. For any clarification do not hesitate to drop me a message.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

All products are made to order, this means that every item purchased is unique and it is printed once ordered. Therefore I am unable to issue a refund for reasons such as wrong item, wrong size or wrong colour selected. Please, make sure you choose the right product. Unfortunately, exchanges are not accepted. Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of your purchase. Returns accepted for selected listings: Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and must return the item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for Boots. If the item you purchased has any issues due to printing, production or delivery, contact me ASAP via Etsy messaging and I will be happy to help you.
