DESCRIPTION:

CHUNKY LEG FARMHOUSE CONSOLE TABLE

Made with solid pine, this table will be the center of many family gatherings! Very sturdy table with classic chunky 5-inch thick farm-style legs and a drawer for storage. Drawer knobs will be acrylic or glass but may be different than shown in the listing due to supply availability.

Please take note that all of my tables are handcrafted and not factory-produced. I work in a small woodshop and everything is finished by hand (sanding, staining, painting, jointing, table edges, etc). They are truly hand-built farmhouse tables. Every table will be one of a kind, having its own characteristics. The tables will be sanded smooth but will have knots, grain, dents, and dings. “Factory perfection” is not guaranteed.
The table shown is made of solid pine and is stained in English Chestnut.

The table measures 18 inches deep x 36 inches high with a 1-1 1/2 inch thick top.
Order the length you want from the drop-down menu. The 36-inch table will have one drawer.

The finished table measurements may vary slightly as this is a handcrafted piece.

As a "one-woman builder", all tables are built with care and detailed attention. I personally hand-select each piece of wood that goes into creating this beauty. Sanded to a smooth finish and stained and/or painted with the color of your choice.
The listing is made to order, meaning it will be built after the order is placed. Placing your order puts you in line and on the schedule for a table build.

These are rustic tables and due to the nature of natural wood, each piece has nicks, scrapes, cracks, etc. These characteristics will be filled with epoxy and/or wood filler to eliminate "crumb catchers" but keep the natural beauty visual. This is what truly makes these tables one of a kind just for your family! All tabletops are jointed unless a plank style is requested. If you are wanting a more "rustic" look for your table, please let me know when you place your order.

Turnaround time is dependent on the current workload. Orders are built on a first come first serve basis. Right now, the time is 8-10 weeks from the time you place your order.

Please be detailed with the specifications of color and stain choices with your order. AFTER the order is placed, you can request up to 3 stain samples to help with your decision. I use Minwax and Rustoleum stains. If you are looking for a color not pictured, let me know and I can see if it is available.

Wood contains tannins which take up stains differently THROUGHOUT the surface. This can cause the stain to penetrate and "take up" more or less in certain areas. The stain also reacts differently in different species of wood. For example, the same stain may not look the same on oak as it does on pine. We suggest that you research the stain color you want to make sure that it is correct. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for the color not being exactly what the customer thought it should look like. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct color/stain.

CANCELLATION:
All items are considered custom builds. A full refund of the purchase price will be given if canceled WITHIN 24 hours of purchase. I do not accept cancellations after 24 hours and all sales are considered FINAL after 24 hours from purchase. Please contact me if you have any questions prior to ordering.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is free in North Carolina. For customers needing shipping outside of this state, there is an additional shipping charge. This charge will be billed and must be paid before the item will shipped. If shipping is needed to the Pacific Time zone area, please message me for shipping times.
If you are local to the Mebane/Chapel Hill, NC area and are wanting to pick up your item, message me for a shipping discount.

Shipping Explained:
I believe in trying to get you the best shipping rate. Shipping is based on your location. Unfortunately, Etsy cannot quote our style of shipping so I ask customers to contact me before ordering. Most items ship fully assembled, which can be pricey to some areas of the country. Depending on the courier, dining tables may ship with the legs detached and the courier will attach them for you at delivery. I ship with smaller companies who are more like movers. The items are blanket wrapped and typically arrive in a box truck or truck and trailer. The service you are paying for is for threshold delivery only. While some couriers may assist or deliver in home, they are not required to do this. The driver should call within 24 hours of delivery. While they do try to schedule a time frame that works for you, they do typically have other deliveries so options may be limited.

I am currently 8-10 weeks out on production. I cannot guarantee shipping times although, I will give you my best effort and estimate for times. There WILL NOT be a tracking number as I use UShip for all my larger items. You will be given the contact phone number of the courier. Once the item is picked up from me, you will be in direct contact with the courier. The couriers are privately owned and are not affiliated with Pink Elm Market. Please be available for delivery as assistance may be needed for unloading. I am not responsible for damage during or after shipping. If you would like to have shipping insurance, please purchase that option during the time of order placement. I inspect, video, and photo every item for record of condition prior to shipping.
Due to limited storage space and the need to continue building other customer orders, the shipping invoice must be paid within 14 days. If not paid within 14 days, the item will not ship, and no refund will be given. I understand life events can happen so please message me if you need to have your item stored until you are ready for shipping. I STRIVE TO DELIVER ALL ORDERS ON TIME AND BUILD THEM IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED, PLEASE KNOW YOUR ORDER MAY SHIP PAST ITS EXPECTED SHIP DATE. Shipping can take anywhere from 21 or more business days depending on the location of delivery. Please message me directly if your order is needed by a specific date and I can arrange for expedited production time for an additional fee.
