How long with it take to make my order (processing time)?

My processing times are 5-8 business days but i usually ship out earlier. I just like giving myself extra time just in case of delays.

When will you ship my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3-6 business days.

Does my order have a tracking number?

For all US buyers a tracking # will be included with your purchase. For Canadian buyers - All bookmarks are sent out via Lettermail unless Shipping Upgrade is purchased. For International buyers - All bookmarks are sent out via no tracking to keep costs low. Please purchase a shipping upgrade if tracking is needed.

Do you do combined shipping?

Yes! All bookmarks, stickers and journals purchased at the same time will have combined shipping.

Are U.S. orders duty-free?

Yes! All U.S. orders ship duty-free. However, because the suspension of the de minimis rule is still new, shipping companies and border agents are reviewing packages carefully. This may sometimes cause delays outside of my control.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Sometimes things can get a little banged up in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please send me a message and I’ll do my best to help and find a solution that works for you.

What happens if my package is delayed at the border?

Border delays can happen while shipping companies and customs adjust to new procedures. Once your order is shipped, I don’t have control over processing times, but I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you purchase 20 or more bookmarks, I can offer a 10% discount. Please send me a message to request your coupon before placing the order.
