Shells are only found on four of the seven Hawaiian Islands. Its slim, simple design makes it a great accessory to any outfit, your got to piece & match with everything. Order one for yourself or purchase one for that special someone. This is my most popular & new modern day Kauai shell design earrings but now with Tahitian pearls.

ONLY FOUND IN HAWAII.

Shells have been handpicked off the beautiful beaches of Kauai. Each shell has been sorted by color, size, & quality, cleaned, then drilled for stringing. Most shells used in these earrings are light pink colors. The way the shells are poked determine the placement of these tiny Kahelelani shells; thus, creating a beautiful herringbone pattern. The pattern brings out any skin tone and the “bar” design has been handcrafted by myself in Kauai.

NOTE: The shell used are natural shells handpicked from the beaches of Kauai and have not been altered. Any imperfections in the shell are just part of its unique journey. Shell size: Approx. between 1-3mm each. Their adult size is 3mm. Please see last picture for shell size as these are one of the smallest & therefore most difficult shells to sew in the Hawaiian Islands. ♥Kahelelani, translated is "pathway to heaven". Although these shells are found on four of the Hawaiian Islands: Niihau, Kauai, Molokai and Lanai, it was the artisans from Niihau who first introduced these shells to the world.

These necklaces are high quality by using very special shells in that they are the only shells in the world that are found in the Hawaiian islands.
