Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately I am unable to create unique custom products or colors due to time restraints. However, I do offer a few custom blended products if you would like a mix of two colors I already have in my line. Returns are only accepted for full size products that are unopened and in their original seal. Please order sample sizes of any products that you are not sure about. I include one free sample in every order, so feel free to request something specific that you want to try! Exchanges are processed the same as a return. Simply place an order for your replacement product when you receive your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an order was placed with free shipping, shipping charges may be deducted from refunds due to cancellations or returned products if they put the order below the threshold for free shipping.

Important note about paying with Paypal:

Paypal no longer refunds processing fees when I issue a refund to customers. Unfortunately this means that refunds to Paypal users will have 3% deducted from the total refund amount to account for these fees.
