Key Rules for Accurate Measurement Taking

• Stand up STRAIGHT, avoid slouching or tilting your head down. Maintain a balance between relaxation and tension in your body. • Perform measurements WITHOUT CLOTHES, preferably in the morning. • Ensure that the tape fits SNUGLY against the skin without overtightening or sagging. • Always keep the tape strictly PARALLEL to the floor; using a mirror for reference is ideal when taking measurements.

How to Measurements Correctly

• BREAST Put on the bra you plan to wear with the item. Measure the chest circumference at the most protruding points. Place one end of the measuring tape on the protruding point of the breast and wrap it around the body under the arms. • WAIST Wrap the tape around your waist at the NARROWEST point, slightly ABOVE the navel and just below the rib cage. If you have trouble finding the measuring line, lean to the side, and the crease that forms is your waist. Record the measurement on the measuring tape at the end of exhalation. • HIPS Stand with your feet together.Wrap the measuring tape around your hips so that it passes over the WIDEST part of your hip.

How to Choose the Right Size

The size is determined by the main parameters: BREAST, WAIST, HIPS Advanced sizing table in the last pictures of every listing. For the premium line, there is an extra schematic picture. If you're unsure about choosing the right size, please send us your measurements in the following format: bust/waist/hips and height. We will help you find the perfect size.

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy, Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Please note: Items purchased with a discount of 10% or more are FINAL SALE - exchange only, no refunds. In case of exchange, we cover shipping and send the new item once a return tracking number is provided. In case of return, the buyer covers all shipping (both ways) and a 20% import fee that we are charged upon re-entry of the package. These costs will be deducted from the refund.
