Shipped to the Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Jill Makes cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away. We can usually accommodate address corrections as long as the order has not yet shipped. If an order is shipped to the wrong address, packages are often returned to us by the postal service. If your package is returned, we will contact you, and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address.

If I no longer want to wait on my international order to arrive, can I get a refund?

We completely understand that you'd like your international order as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing either USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (the fastest international shipping option available). Both of these shipping methods are insured by USPS. While we never want to disappoint our customers, we are not able to issue a refund once your order ships from our studio. If the order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.
