Will I get my item by Christmas?

For guaranteed delivery by Christmas (barring any post office delays), please order by the following dates: US deliveries - Order by Dec. 8 Canada deliveries - order by Nov. 30 Australia deliveries - order by Nov. 24 Although items ordered after these dates may still arrive by Christmas, it cannot be guaranteed.

Help! I made a mistake. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you made a mistake on an order, we have a 1 hour cancellation or change policy. Just send us a message within the first hour after ordering and we can make the change, or cancel the order for you. After that first hour, the item will go into production and you will not be able to make changes to, or cancel the order.

Something is not correct on my personalized order but your shop has a no refunds or exchanges policy. What can I do?

Although it is rare, sometimes mistakes happen on custom orders. We create your personalized design as your order comes in, so there is the possibility of a mistake due to human error. If there is an error on a personalized order, or if there is a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us through Etsy messages. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service and if we have made an error or if something arrives that is damaged, we will make it right for you.
