Custom and personalized orders

I accept many types of custom orders. I make small changes, such as changing the length of a dress or trousers, changing color or fabric, for free. If you want to create your own one-of-a-kind outfit, everything is possible. The price will depend on the complexity and volume of work. Don't be afraid to ask questions, I'm always happy to help! Please note that I don't make custom accessories.

Each listing with clothes has a list of dolls for which it can be sewn. If your doll is not on the list, you can write me a message and ask if I have such possibility.

Each listing with accessories has a list of dolls for which they are definitely suitable in the title. If your doll is not on the list, then write me a message. If I have such a doll, then I can show how this accessory (for example, earrings) looks on this doll or explain why I did not include this doll in the list of suitable ones.

Do I pay shipping for each item?

No. Shipping is charged only once per order, so you can add multiple items to your cart and save on shipping.

How long does it take to make my order?

Since all items are handmade to order, please allow 25–30 days for production before shipping. I'll keep you updated every step of the way!

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 14–30 days depending on your location. Tracking information will be available in your Etsy purchase history.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is made to order, I'm unable to accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to message me — I always want you to be happy with your purchase!

The socks were made incredibly well and were very high quality, however I feel it’s worth mentioning that the fabric used was kind of thick and I struggled to fit the dolls feet into normal shoes (it was a G3 Cleo). I ended up using Rainbow high shoes and cutting the strap at the back of the shoe so that it could fit. Again, the item is of excellent quality I just want people to know that these socks will only work with shoes that have more room so they don’t get disappointed.
