Returns and exchange details

In special cases returns can be accepted with previous discussion with me. In these cases a full refund (minus shipping cost and fees) will be sent to your PayPal or bank account once the item is received back.
I don't refund money of the items that came late.

I am sending parcels to both the regular addresses and PO BOX addresses.

PLEASE BE AWARE that delivery times through customs, bank holidays and strike days can cause delays, which I can not take responsibility for. Please allow enough time when placing your order to make sure you will receive your purchase on time.

Please, make sure that your Etsy shipping address is correct, as this is what will be used for your postal address - NOT a PayPal address.

Your purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment receipt.

All orders will be shipped via registered mail. You will be provided with a tracking number which means that your signature of receipt will require upon delivery. If you prefer an alternative method of shipping please let me know before purchasing.
