The substantial blacksmith-made Chess Set is a signature design of EHF. The set features unique, non-traditional chess piece shapes that have a fascinating blend of rustic and industrial appeal. Each chessman begins as a piece of 3/4" steel bar. The steel is heated to over 2,000 degrees and hammered into it's final shape using various tooling and hand techniques. Our multi-step finishing process gives you four beautiful patina options to choose from.
• Pieces come with walnut storage box
• Choose (patina) Silver, Brass, Bronze or Whitewash vs Black
• 3/4" Square Base (1.9cm); The King towers over at 3 3/4" (9.5cm), Queen 3 1/4" (8cm), Pawns 1 3/4" (4.5cm), Others 2 1/2" (6.5cm)

These chessman are beyond amazing. My husband was blown away by the awesome craftsmanship... he just stood there and stared at his birthday present for a long time... I was happy that he was so pleased with his gift. Thank you!!!

Very, very pleased with this. I was looking for something extra special as a 60th birthday gift for my husband and this is absolutely perfect. Beautifully crafted pieces, with a hefty weight and pleasing feel to them. Well packaged and excellent communications made me confident that it would arrive on time. Can't wait to see what he thinks on his birthday - but I'm absolutely sure he will love it! Definitely will be using this seller again - for his quality and craftmanship.
