PROCESSING & TURN-A-ROUND TIME-
1.) How long will it take to get your order?

I generally have orders completed and shipped out in 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times can take another 1-5 days depending on what state you live in. Most of my customers have their orders within about 1 week, although I like to allow 10 days before the event just to be sure.

2.) Can I get an order quickly?

If you need an order fast, I will do everything I can to get it to you before your event. Please send me your event date and how many tags/cards you need and I will give you your delivery options/arrival times. I am known for getting orders out speedy if need be- as fast as 1-5 days at your door.

CUSTOMIZATION-
3.) Can I make changes to the tags?

The card stock color, ribbon/twine color, and wording on the tags are all customizable. Any customized changes you would like to make, MUST be included on the "Add a note..." section at checkout.

PERSONALIZATION-
4.) Can the item be personalized?

Yes! And personalization is always FREE through me! Most listings will allow you to add your personalization before adding the item to your cart. If that is not an option on the listing, please leave me a message with the personalization in the notes section on the checkout screen.
-If your order comes with personalization included and you do not let me know the personalization, then I will try to contact you via etsy messaging for up to 3 days. If I do not receive a response back I will either make the order with NO personalization and will refund the order.

5.) Can you make a card/tag specifically for my event?

Yes, most of the time! I love doing custom orders and will work very hard at creating the perfect item for you when permitting. I do have busy seasons (graduation season especially) in which I have less time to create custom orders, but I will do my best to accommodate. Because of my time designing custom orders I do reserve the rights to the final design/product and may resell the item if I so chose. All custom orders are for personal use only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-
6.) Will you ship outside the US?

Yes I will! My shop is not currently set up to do so, but I can create you a private listing if you live outside the US. Send me the Country you would like me to ship to as well as how many items you need and I will get you a shipping price quote.
-Shipping to Canada is normally $10-$15
-Overseas shipping ranges from $15-$22
