To be eligible for a return or exchange, you may try your item on, but your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have original tags.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

-Tracking is available for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. It is the USPS's responsibility to deliver the package to you. Please contact USPS for any claims regarding missing, lost, or damaged mail.
