|| SET OF 10 CARDS - USE DROP DOWN TO ADD MORE IN MULTIPLES OF 10 ||

Modern script thank you cards with brackets. These thank you notes can be used for any occasion. Weddings, showers, parties, graduation, and the list goes on.

You'll receive: 1 thank you card printed on cream/natural or white 80# cover weight linen textured card stock or smooth kraft/grocery bag card stock with an A1 (4bar) smooth cream/natural, white or kraft/grocery bag envelope. Please use the drop down on the right hand side to adjust quantity.

Cards measure approximately 4.75" long x 3.5" tall when folded (4bar or A1 size).

Please use "options" drop down box to specify which color you would like your cards and envelopes (cream/natural, white or kraft).

The default shipping method for all Thank You Cards is Priority Mail. If you're purchasing less than 10 cards and would like First Class ($3.50), please message me prior to purchasing. I WILL NOT ship outside of the US. I'm sorry for any trouble this may cause however I am firm on this.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of handmade and custom items, returns are not accepted. However, if there is a problem, please contact me immediately and we will be able to make arrangements. My goal is to make sure you are 100% THRILLED with what you've purchased. I will do everything in my power to make sure that happens.

Shipping policies

Most items ship via USPS or UPS. After I have turned your order over to the shipping facility, it may take up to 1 week to receive your item after. Please be sure to check the tracking information that will be uploaded to your order page. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for the delivery of your item. If your item shows "Delivered" you will need to reach out to the carrier to request more information (scan entry or confirmation). I will not submit refunds for missing packages that show Delivered status.

Items such as stickers or 1 extra card, etc...will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Once your item is dropped off at the post office, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. Again, this is not guaranteed through the post office, just an estimate.

Once your item is packaged up, I will load your tracking number into Etsy. You can check this through your "Purchases" under "Your Account" in the top right corner of any Etsy page.

I am sorry but at this time, I only ship within the United States.

Please note that for invitation orders, if you purchase a sample listing, unless specified, the sample will be emailed to you (up close photos for review). It streamlines the process tremendously if you can include your information for the invitations in the "Note to Seller" field at checkout.

Also, please take into consideration that I do work a day job so it may be difficult for me to respond to messages right away. I love my Etsy store and all of my customers so I try to reply as soon as possible (lunch, break, etc...) but sometimes, I simply cannot respond until after normal business day hours (5:30pm cst).

Ponto Mountain Paper LOVES positive feedback and it helps future customers decide what to order. To leave feedback, simply go under "Your Account" and click on "Puchases & Reviews." Once there, you can select which purchase you would like to leave feedback for. Select the # of stars (1 is bad and 5 is good) and then jot a little blurb. I really appreciate it!

YAY! We love that you want to gift our stationery. Please leave a note during check out that explains this is a gift so we can be sure to wrap it extra nice. Also, if you want us to include a message/card so your friend knows who it's from.
Great question! It depends on the size of the order, how many are in queue ahead of yours and how crazy life is. I work a full-time day job and have a tiny human so my nights (after 8pm) and weekends are my Etsy time. I try to start on orders the day they come in but if it's my busy season (January-September), I may work to my full turn around time listed in the shipping section. If you have questions, shoot me a message!
Only the best. All of our card stock is at least partially recycled. Yay for green! Our kraft and white envelopes are peel and stick (yessssssssss) and our cream are a gorgeous, smooth envelope.
