Send us any pictures or material swatches to match stones. *NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS* Please insure your package when returning. Credit or exchange cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged.

Shipping policies

I use bubble mailers and 1st class postage, whenever possible. If a piece is delicate enough that a bubble mailer is not safe, that is reflected in the shipping price. Need it faster? We have upgraded shipping available, and all purchases do come with tracking.

Generally, it takes between 2-5 days to process your order (Unless something is made to order, in which case, we will contact you with an approximate shipping date). I do my best to get your pieces out quickly, beautifully and securely. If you need a rush order, please be sure to contact us and we'll see what we can do!

Need enough for your bridesmaids? I will make each necklace the same, if requested or a little different but still clearly related. The choice is up to you. Please message me for more details.

On the minute chance that something happens to your jewelry due to a construction problem, I will happily fix it.
