All of our ornaments come in a gift box with a snug elastic band tied around the corners. If you choose to mark your order as a gift when purchasing, the box will come with a branded card inside that says "A gift from someone who cares", but all other packing is the same (minus a price receipt on gift orders).

Our goal at The Memory Bird is to create all ornaments on the same or next business day, but during the peak holiday season, it may be up to 2 business days.

All the photos in the main listing are digitally created, but you can usually find photos in the other listing photos!

Our ornaments are created with permanent, high quality inks onto the ceramic surface of the ornaments. Because of the nature of ceramics and their coating, a TINY amount of hazing/bluring may occur, but you likely wouldn't even notice had we note disclosed this here in these FAQs, but just because we believe in setting expectations, we wanted to put it here!

We are customers ourselves, and we have had this happen, so we know how much this stinks!

If your order is showing "delivered" but you have not received the package, please allow 1-2 business days for the package to arrive. Often times, an item is marked as delivered, but may not arrive for another day or 2.

Most postal carriers with USPS scan packages when delivering your package, so there is a GPS coordinates attached to the location of that scan. Please call your local USPS office and inquire about the GPS coordinates of your package scan so they can confirm that it was dropped off at your address. The post office can investigate a lost package. Keep us informed if this happens!

If you order has been marked as shipped, please allow 1-3 business days to see the first update in tracking. Unfortunately, packages are often not scanned in at the drop off location or during pickup, especially during the holidays when mail carriers and post offices are SLAMMED with orders. We have seen packages arrive all the way across the other side of the country before ever having their first scan.

If your order tracking has no update in 7 business days (day that order is shipped is day 0), we will replace your order on us. Just message us! Customer satisfaction is our goal and we will take a loss to make sure your product arrives to you!

Mistakes happen, and we are human! We do try our best to have a perfect product, but if we have a mistake on our end, we will replace it 100%, and we will even prioritize your replacement.

If text is missing or incorrect as a result of the order not being placed correctly (buyer's fault), we will work with you and give you a steep discount to replace your ornament. Just send us a message!

Please have grace with us and message us prior to leaving a low review. We really do care for the buyer experience and want to make it right. Our goal is a 5 star experience, but if we fail, we will make up for it as best as we can!
